Veggie Omelette


Spicy Veggie Omelette is one of the easy and quick recipe specialy as a breakfast. I usually cook omelettes as breakfast or even for lunch with other side dishes. Instead of cooking a plain omelettes,I’d like to add some vegetables to it and this makes the omelette delicious.For this recipe,I use butter and milk together which make the Omelette tastes creamy.

Even though omelette is one of the easiest recipes which anyone can cook, try this recipe with a mix of vegetables for a different taste.

Quick Veggie Omelette
Quick Veggie Omelette
Ingredients
2 eggs
2 tbspns butter
1 medium sized onion
1 green bell pepper (chopped)
1 sprig of curry leaves
1 medium sized carrot
2 tbspns fresh milk
Dash of salt
 Freshly ground black pepper as per taste
Method
Slice onion,chop bell pepper.
Grate carrot.
Slice curry leaves.
beat the eggs with  milk, dash of salt and pepper.
Melt one tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Swirl the pan to coat the skillet with butter.
When butter becomes bubbly add egg mixture.Cook the eggs for few seconds until eggs begin to set on the bottom of the pan. At this time, sprinkle the chopped vegetables over the omelet.
After spreading vegetables, continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes or until the center of the omelet look dry.
Once it is well cooked,slide the omelet out of the skillet. Place it on a plate.
It is ready to serve.
