Recently I received a copy of Easy Gluten Free Lunches and Snacks: Simple Cookbook for review purpose. This book is really handy & with easy to follow instructions.
This book gives recipes for preparing simple, easy, and healthy lunch and snack choices that are also gluten-free. Also the recipes and ideas shared are budget friendly. In this book, Tracey Allen shares a basic flour mix which is gluten free. She has developed this flour mix for all things which does not contain corn, bean or soy.
In this book, the way of writing is different from a typical recipe book. This is not a cookbook which just shares recipes in each page. Other than sharing recipes, The Authour presents the recipes while talking with the reader. I really attracted to her writing style and didn’t feel as this is another cookbook. Among recipes, she also shares tips and some ideas about the ingredients.

This is one of simple and also economical recipes shared in the book. The rolls are ready in just few minutes.
