I am glad that I was able to host 3 rounds of this monthly contest successfully.
In this post, I would like to share general rules of our ‘Food Corner’ contest.
This is the procedure.
The contest will be in few steps.
First we select the ‘food of the week’ & all winners of ‘Foods of the week’ will go to our final album at the end of the month. Then it will be opened for voting again to select the ‘food of the Month’.
In this way, we will have a good competition for ‘Food of the month’
1. How to Enter:
Simply post a photo of a food to ‘Food corner’ page wall or email to slfoodcorner@gmail.com with following details.
Name of the dish:
Your name or your Blog/page name:
Link/URL for the recipe:
Then I will upload to the album & it will be opened for votes.(votes will be counted from the competition album only)
Photos can be added & voted until Friday 12mid night & we will select the ‘Food of the week’
2. Number of Entries:
You can add up to 3nos of photos
3. How to win:
The photo which gets most ‘like’s will be ‘Food of the week’.
Depend on the no of submissions, we will select about 5-10 photos to our final ‘Monthly’ contest.
4. Closing date:
For week contests, every week Friday mid night would be the closing date & time. However check our page wall or Contest/events page in our Blog for the ongoing event.
5. Award
Actually no monetary value awards yet. (Hope to do in future 🙂 )
But you will gain publicity, recognition and excitement for your work.
Of course you will be featured in my Blog or Face book page with a back link to your Blog or page if any.
And this is the good way to meet foodie friends.
6. Other Rules:
By submitting a photo, it is assumed that you agree to publish your name in the page wall if you won.
By submitting a photo, it is assumed that I have permission to upload the winner’s photos in my Blog & page, But with your/your Blog/your page name
