What Should I Serve For a Group of People?

Do you have a larger group of people all coming together and you are wondering what you should be serving them? Part of this depends on the occasion. Should it be fancy and have multiple options? Should you just have one or two options and the food is an added bonus? Depending on the occasion https://www.foodservicecompany.com/ will help you better plan for what you should be serving to large group of business executives at a large event.

What Should I Serve For a Group of People?

Tea and coffee

The first thing is that you should have a table for tea and coffee. Try and have this most of the time people are there. You can also have these options available after so that people can drink some coffee following their meal. This is a simple gesture that will help make the experience more enjoyable for your guests.

Vegetarian options

The next option that it is important to have is vegetarian options. This will allow people that don’t eat meat to still have something to eat. The good news about vegetarian options too is that they don’t have to only be eaten by vegetarians. Try and do a more neutral dish that doesn’t have meat in it so that everyone will still enjoy it.

Simple foods

Since a lot of people are picky, it’s important to try and keep it simple. You can do this by also having toppings on the side so that people can choose what they want to add to their meals. This will allow more people to like what they are eating because some of the parts will be made themselves. This is especially helpful if some people have allergies.

Salad and healthy options

Salads are always a great thing to have for a group of people. It will allow people to stay healthy and have a great appetizer. Again, you can keep the salad simple and allow people to add whatever they want onto it. You also can allow some fun small options for people to choose from.

Have kid friendly food

If you know there will be children at your event, make sure that you have children friendly food too. Something like burgers, mac and cheese, or other goodies are sure to keep the kiddos happy and satisfied.

As you can see, there are so many different options for people to eat when they are eating in a larger group. From healthy options to some foods people will love, it can be hard to know what you should be serving. Take various people into consideration and you will end up with foods people will love.

If you are still struggling after this, it may be time to look into hiring a food service company that can assist you in the process. They are professionals and will make food that people will love, and it will be one more task off your plate. We hope this list helps you and you are on your way to a great event.
