  2. Combine bar, yogurt, almond milk, and berries in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add additional berries.
  4. Mix in oats, maple syrup, and Chia seeds.
  5. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm.
  6. Remove from the refrigerator. Cut into small bites.
  7. Serve and enjoy.

Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 Built bar
  • 1 C. Almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • Sliced fresh fruit

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix seeds, almond milk, and honey until stirred well.
  2. Refrigerate for six hours.
  3. When the pudding sets, remove it from the fridge.
  4. Crumble the Built bar into tiny pieces.
  5. Add the protein bar pieces to the pudding, top with sliced fruit, and serve.

Chocolate-Dipped Built Bar Strawberries

Ingredients:

  • 1 Built Bar
  • 1 C. Fresh Strawberries
  • ¼ C. Dark Chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, crumble Built bar into tiny pieces.
  2. Melt chocolate in the coconut oil, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Dip strawberries into chocolate, then roll in the Built bar pieces.
