Hard Boiled egg chicks

written by Amila Gamage Wickramarachchi July 17, 2011

Hard boiled eggs can be used as an appetizer. Also it can be used as a food garnish items.

Only what I did is,first cut & remove a thin layer from the bottom of the egg.So that it is easy to stay stand.

Then use a carrot beak & mustard seed eyes to the chick. You can find other edible alternatives to make the eyes & the beak.

I used another piece of carrot as a hat.

Isn’t he so cute?
