It is no secret that healthy eating is essential for a good and healthy lifestyle. Recently I read an article and It is recommended to eat between five and nine servings of fruits and vegetables every day. At first, this sounds a lot, right? But, how about having our three meals and 2-3 snacks in between which contains vegetables and fruits? We can achieve these healthy guidelines easily.

Vitamins and antioxidants play a major role when we consider a healthy eating plan. Fruits play a major role as a source of vitamins and antioxidants. Fresh fruit drinks are always quick and easy to prepare without much work involved.

Papaya and Mango Smoothie
As a fan of fresh juices, recently I tried a new combination. Fruits I tried are Mangoes and Papaya. This is a nicely matching combination and final result is a colourful and healthy smoothie. If you look for healthy smoothie recipes, try this. You’ll definitely like this papaya and mango combination in a smoothie.
