This is a kind of chili paste; however the main ingredients are garlic & curry leaves. And this is a herbal dish on the other hand.

Both Garlic & curry leaves has the effect of reducing/control the cholesterol in body. My mother prepares this at home some times. Once her cholesterol level was high & she used to eat this with her meal & amazingly she could get into normal level in next month.

Ingredients
2-3 cloves of garlic
4-5 sprigs of curry leaves
½ tsp chili powder
1-2 small red onion
Salt to taste
1 tsp of juice of Lime 

Method
Wash, clean & cut all main ingredients
Mix them & grind to a smooth paste.
Add salt & lime to taste
