Buttercream Roses

written by Amila Gamage Wickramarachchi November 25, 2011

Here is the 2nd try with Buttercream roses & it was better than the earlier cake.

A video on how to make buttercream roses ,

Oh yes,my roses are different from actual roses. 🙂

But these roses made me happy as they were my begginer cakes.

Wow! Amy, that looks amazing. You’re really patient 🙂 I love everything about the cake… the colour combination, the flowers and the base looks very neat and so does the shape of the cake. Was that for a special occasion?

Amy November 27, 2011 - 11:09 pm

Thanks a lot friends, you all made me happy,This is not for a special occasion,I just prepared to learn decorating,I have done less than 5 cakes so far,but before decorating,I watched a lot of video tutorials, tips etc. Also I found that making roses are the first lesson for begginer cake courses…
