We use Chocolate cookie crust for many desserts.So I thought of sharing the crust recipe first.
Ingredients:
About 6 nos chocolate cookies
6tspn melted butter
Method:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Meanwhile crush the cookies into coarse pieces.
In this pictures,I did it into the bottom only. However depend on your recipe press it into bottom & also to the sides.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Now the cookie crust is ready
Combine this crumbs & butter in a bowl & mix well to a paste.
Firmly press this mixture in a pie plate (oven proof)
