This creamy vegetable soup was prepared a few moths ago,however I couldn’t post it.Today I am at home after some days & thought of posting some recipes which I couldn’t post.
Soup was tasty with flovours of mix vegetables.
Here is the recipe
Ingredients (2 servings)
1 medium sized potato,peeled & sliced
Few florests of broccoli
1 cup fresh milk
1 cup water
1 tbspn corn flour
1 tbspn butter
½ cube of a vegetable stock dissolved in ½ cup of water
Salt & pepper to taste
Heat butter in a pan, when it is melted, add sliced vegetable mix.Sauté for about 5-10 minutes in low flame.
Then slowly add & mix corn flour.
Then add vegetable stock
Mix well. Simmer for about 15 minutes or until cooked.
Switch off the flame.
Allow to cool down. Then blend the mixture.
After that re-heat the mix adding 1 cup water.
When water starts boiling, add fresh milk.
Stir well & adjust salt & pepper.
Remove from flame & serve hot.
