Savory Pancakes

This savory pancakes are easy to make. It is good as a breakfast or even good to have with a cup of tea.
Ingredients (for 5 pancakes)
½ cup flour
½ tspn baking powder
1 egg
¼ cup milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup grated carrot, sliced cabbage & any mix vegetables
Cooking oil
Method
In a mixing bowl, mix flour, baking powder & salt,pepper  together.
In another bowl, whisk egg & milk together, then add mix vegetables. Mix well.
Slowly add this mix to the flour mix, make a batter mixing dry ingredients together.
Heat a pan,add 1 tsp oil. Once oil is hot, add some of the batter & make into a round shape. After 2 minutes of cooking; t urn the pan cake to the other side & cook until golden .
Continue the same procedure with remaining batter.
Pancake is ready to serve.
