Max Polyakov enjoyed cooking and so he decided to make it his career choice. Although he did not have it so easy coming up, he appreciated the fact that hard work and persevere brought him to where he was. He could, on the top of his head, recall times when it was much difficult than he expected to ruse to where he was now, but he always said that the stress was worth it if it led him to the fulfilment of his goals and aspirations. He also learned during that period, how to create beautiful dishes, and he learned how to properly manage a kitchen and oversee its work. Max Polyakov was hired by EOS restaurant, which was a prestigious restaurant at the time and grew to be the manager and chief chef of that establishment.
How Max Polyakov got to where he was
Max Polyakov, if asked about his journey, would never overemphasize the need for the dedication. His driven nature and his commitment allowed him the opportunity to reach for the stars. He had to undergo vigorous training in order to make it, and he had to subject himself to the harshest conditions to reach his goal. Much to many people’s disbelief, no career path was simple and intense training and retraining were needed in order for people to be exceptional in their chosen field.
Patience was also a tool that Max Polyakov relished having. In truth, working and being trained to be one of the best in the field required precision and patience.
Applying for a job at EOS
Once he was satisfied with his experience and he had completed his training, he sent his resume to several restaurants to be hired. He even used some connections he had gotten during school to land a job. He was lucky to be hired by EOS restaurant, a very distinguished restaurant. He passed the test that was put before him and won the favour of his boss. Although Max Polyakov was already hired by EOS, he still pushed hard to continue studying so that he could be the best. Over time, he became the best chef at EOS with a story to tell. Max Polyakov recalled many times where he had to keep learning just to be relevant at EOS however, it all paid off because the EOS restaurant named him their head chef and then he got all the recognition he had worked hard for.
