Orange Banana Yogurt Smoothie

This drink is rich in nutrients & it is good for not only sunny days but for everyday!!!

Ingredients (For2 servings )
2  oranges
2 medium frozen ripe bananas, cut into pieces(To freeze bananas,peel it and place in a sealed bag & refregirate for about 1 hr)
1  vanilla yogurt

Method


Cut oranges & take the juice.


Place juice and bananas in blender container.


Cover and blend until smooth.


Then add yogurt and blend until smooth.


Pour into glasses & serve…

Enjoy!!!

thank you,yes it was tasty & I didnt want to add sugar.Coz banana gave the sweet taste…
