|Mango Sago Dessert|
1 ripe mango
4 tbsp of sago pearls (soak in cold water for half an hour)
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup water
2-3 tbsp sugar (optional)
Then drain the sago using a strainer,and add sago to cold water until it cools down and drain again.
In a mixing bowl, mix the blended mango, cubed mango which we kept aside, and milk. Stir well. Add in the sago pearls and stir until well combined.
Chill and serve.
