Recently I received some samples of Nature Valley Chewy Granola Bars for Review purpose. I could try two different flavours which are Mixed Berry & Fruit & Nut.
Nature Valley Granola bars are in a box consist of 6 individually packed bars. So it is a portable, healthy snack for any time. Nature Valley Chewy Granola Bars are made with natural ingredients which gives a hearty snack anytime.
Fruit & Nut Chewy Granola Bars are made with delicious rasins, crunchy roasted nuts, whole almonds and juicy cranberries. They tastes so good with all natural & crunch flavor in every bite. As per package details, it contains wheat and oat gluten, Almond, Peanut, Sunflower, Milk & Soy ingredients.
Other flavor is Mixed Berry. These Mixed Berry Chewy Granola Bars are made with juicy cranberries and sweet blueberries. A pack consists of 6 individually packed bars. This tastes bit different to the Fruit & Nut flavor. But I loved it. It contains wheat and oat gluten, sun flower, Milk,Soy ingredients and traces of Peanut and Almond.
In moderation, the Nature Valley granola bars offer health benefits. It is a hearty snack for anytime. The Nature Valley granola bars contain whole grain oats which contains fibre which boosts metabolic functions. Also it keeps you full avoiding having junk food.

These bars are quite good especially if you are rushing and not time to have breakfast but it’s a bit too sweet for me. 🙂
