Happy Halloween with few fun treats!!

written by Amila Gamage Wickramarachchi October 17, 2011

In this month,we can hear Halloween news everywhere. So I thought of sharing few fun ideas. Those are very simple ideas,I guess those are specially good for kids.
Hope you will enjoy my post…..

These ghosts are easy to make.Check here to see how I made the strawberry ghosts. After making the chocolate covered strawberries,I converted it into a fruit kebab & used a mandarin orange to hold it.The oranges were simple painted with a funny face.

Here are some strawberry covered grapes, decorated with sugar candy pieces.Followed the same recipe as above to cover these grapes.

Just a funny face with big eye balls.Eye balls are from a marshmellow,a cookie was decorated with those marshmellow eye balls.

Simple. Here I painted some mandarine oranges as funny faces.

A sandwich, below slice is with strawberry jam.

Here are some steamed vegetables inserted in a tooth pick.A good treat for kids who don’t like to eat vegetables 🙂

Witch hat – used an ice cream cone, inside the cone is filled with some candy. Used a biscuit as the base.Decorated with some candy.
The decoration in the cone is a slice of marshmallow.

Marshmellows & cookies together as a witch… 🙂

Halloween Treats
Here I used a scoop of ice cream as the face of the witch. Then I decorated it with sugar candy. After making this, freeze it until serve.
