It is a common experience that the fish is sticking to the pan while pan frying.I had this issue earlier and did not able to have a nice surface when pan frying a fish.
Finally I found how to pan fry a fish without sticking onto the pan.
Here are few tips to prevent this.
Remember to pat dry the fish before pan frying.
Well season the pan with oil before pan-frying the fish.
Pan fry one side of fish about 3 minutes and make sure fish has browned.
Then turn the other side. This will avoid the fish from breaking apart.
