Truly, this spaghetti dish came out well and added shrimp gave some more taste. With chili padi it was bit spicy, but manageable. Actually,I like Spaghetti Aglio E Olio from restaurants. How to cook Spaghetti Aglio E Olio with Shrimp
Here is my recipe. Check it and cook Spaghetti Aglio E Olio with Shrimp when you want something simple and fast.
Ingredients (2 servings)
150g Spaghetti
3 tbspn Olive oil
8-10 nos. Shrimp
8-10 cloves of garlic
2 red chili padi sliced or ½ tsp dried red chili flakes
1 sprig of fresh parsley (finely chopped)
Salt & pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese
Method
Clean and remove shells of the shrimp. Wash, keep aside.
Peel the garlic and mince those.
In a pot, boil water and cook s spaghetti as per package instructions. Use slightly salted water for better results.
Once spaghetti is cooked, drain and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan on low-medium heat. When oil is hot add garlic and sauté for few seconds.
Then add shrimp, chili padi (or chili flakes) cook till shrimp is done.
When shrimp is cooked, add spaghetti and mix well.
Add parsley and stir to combine well with spaghetti.
Add bit of pepper if required. Add grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
Add bit more red pepper flakes, if you want it to be bit spicy.
It is ready to serve.
