• 150 g Rice Vermicelli
  • 25 g Fresh prawn, shelled and de-veined
  • 20 g Fresh squid, shelled and cut in pieces
  • 20 g Fresh fish (any of your choice/prefer firm fish)
  • 1 Carrot, diced
  • 20 g Broccoli, cut in to pieces
  • ½ Tbsp dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp light Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • Chicken stock (optional)


  1. Boil rice vermicelli in  water about 5 minutes or until soft,drain  and set aside.(in Sri Lanka,we normally break vermicelli into pieces,See the difference in the photo)
  2. Add vegetable oil into cooking pan with medium heat.
  3. Add chopped garlic and stir until a bit yellow, add prawn, squid and fish, stir well.Add other vegetable too (vegetable is an optional)
  4. Season with oyster sauce, dark soy sauce & light soy sauce
  5. Add rice vermicelli and chicken stock, then stir again and serve
