Roti or flatbreads are popular among Sri Lankans. While some of these recipes are Sri Lankan, other roti recipes are Indian inspired. Instead of baked bread, a flatbread made out of flour makes it a perfect meal for Sri Lankans other than rice and curry. This is why I thought of having a list of the best roti recipes that I have shared from time to time in this blog. Some of these recipes were shared at the time I started this food blog somewhere before 2013. Therefore, the photo quality is different. 🙂 But, I hope you will find these roti recipes to give you some ideas for your next dinner or breakfast.
These Roti recipes can be easily adapted with Sri Lankan taste and well matching with some other curries.
