Dragon fruit Jelly

Dragon fruit jelly is easy to make dessert.Hope you will enjoy it.

Ingredients :
30g jelly  (agar-agar or Gelatin)
180g sugar
1000ml water
1 large dragon fruit (peeled & blended)





Method:

Blend dragonfruit in a blender & make a smooth puree.

Boil water. Add gelatin & sugar
Stir until sugar & gelatin completely dissolve. Turn off the heat
Then stir blended dragon fruit puree into the jelly mixture
Pour this mixture into a jelly mould or 2 inch tray

Allow to cool down. And then chill in a fridge.

Cut into bite size pieces & serve.
