Mango Juice

written by Amila Gamage Wickramarachchi May 15, 2011

Fresh Fruit juice has always a reason for having it due to its ability of reliving our body.

It is better preparing it at home than buying outside drinks. This is my way of making Mango Juice.

Ingredients:

Good qulity riped Mangoes – 4
Sugar – 2-3 tea spoon or as per your taste

Ice cubes -according to our taste

Method:
Peel the mangoes and cut into pieces by removing the nut
Put the mango pieces, sugar  in the blender/mixer.
Grind it for 2 minutes or till it all mixes.

Add a pinch of salt,it gives some more taste.
serve it in cups by adding ice cubes.
