Orange Milkshake

written by Amila Gamage Wickramarachchi January 3, 2012

After the holidays I am in a lazy mood. Even I do not have a mood to write a blog post. Just thought of sharing this Orange Milkshake recipe.

Ingredients (for 2)

2 Oranges
1 cup whole milk
Sugar to taste (optional)

Directions

Extract juice of oranges.

Mix milk & Orange  together.
Add some more milk as per your taste.
Chill & garnish before serve

orange juice and milk…I like many others thought it would curdle and end up being orange paneer. I have plenty pf clementines hanging around my kitchen, might as well put them to work.
Love Ash.

I was wondering the same thing..citrus and milk usually do not go together. This is interesting.

Thanks dear all for all your nice comments…anyway I didnt face any problem with mixing orange juice & milk together.I often make this. But I dont keep them for a long time in fridge or outside.Serve them immedietly or after few minutes.May be that can be a reason..
