Shared a wonderful Moroccan Quinoa Pilaf recipe that I got from another foodie friend, Sue Ann Gleason of Concious Bites Nutrition.
I loved the sound of the Moroccan spices, currants, kale and sweet potato. It tastes every bit as good as it sounds and your kitchen is going to smell amazing.
