Ingredients
- 150 g Rice Vermicelli
- 25 g Fresh prawn, shelled and de-veined
- 20 g Fresh squid, shelled and cut in pieces
- 20 g Fresh fish (any of your choice/prefer firm fish)
- 1 Carrot, diced
- 20 g Broccoli, cut in to pieces
- ½ Tbsp dark Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp light Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Chicken stock (optional)
Method
- Boil rice vermicelli in water about 5 minutes or until soft,drain and set aside.(in Sri Lanka,we normally break vermicelli into pieces,See the difference in the photo)
- Add vegetable oil into cooking pan with medium heat.
- Add chopped garlic and stir until a bit yellow, add prawn, squid and fish, stir well.Add other vegetable too (vegetable is an optional)
- Season with oyster sauce, dark soy sauce & light soy sauce
- Add rice vermicelli and chicken stock, then stir again and serve
