This is another dish from cauliflower. Deep fried cauliflowers are very tasty & easy to make too. It is less time consuming.

4-5 tbs. corn flour
1 tsp. chili powder (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup. water
Oil for deep frying
Method

Wash & clean cauliflower and cut into small florets.
Mix together corn flour, chili, salt and pepper. Add water; stir well and make a smooth batter.
Heat oil in a pan.
Dip cauliflower in the batter & .Fry until golden brown.
Drain on paper towel.
Serve hot.
