This Sri Lankan Fish Curry is cooked without adding coconut milk.It is a simple and easy yet delicious Sri Lankan Fish curry recipe.
Ingredients (2 servings)
- 250g fish (Tuna is better)
- 1 tablspn Red chilly powder
- 1 tblspoons unroasted curry powder
- 1 tablspn black pepper
- 4 cups water
- to taste Salt
- 1 clove garlic
Method:
Wash fish and cut into cubes/pieces
Then mix in red chili powder, curry powder, black pepper and garlic
Add 1 cup of water & cook for 20 minutes.
Adjust salt to taste (adding coconut milk would give some more taste,optional)
