Here is a fruit salad recipe which I made sometimes ago. It is officially fall. But here in Singapore, still it is hot during the day time and cannot resist having something cold. I used few fruits and as the main ingredient, I used kiwi. Unfortunately I didn’t have any fruit with red colour. If so,I could make this fruit salad more colourful.Kiwi is also known as a food that helps you to enjoy a good sleep.
Kiwi and mango was a great combination for a fruit salad while oranges added some more flavor. I just added few seedless grapes. They increased the taste of this fruit salad with its flavor.
If you look for a raw food diet and want to include some raw fruits to your diet plan, then try this fruit salad. It will fulfil your taste buds while giving all the benefits of having raw fruits.
As a dressing I just used some lemon juice. Always lemon flavor enhance the taste of a fruit salad. So, that was same even for this fruit salad. Simply toss all fruits and try this fruit salad. Let me know how it came out or any thought of you.

Recipe: Fruit Salad with Kiwi Mango and Orange
1 ripe mango
1 kiwi fruits
1 fresh Orange
1/2 cup seedless grapes
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Peel the mango and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Peel the kiwi fruit and cut into slices.
Peel orange and prepare the wedges.
Place mangoes, kiwi, orange and grapes in a large bowl. Mix gently.
Add lime juice and mix softly.
Serve at room temperature or keep in refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
