Parfaits are always very easy to prepare & it is good in nutrients.You can try this with different kind of fruits.

Ingredients (for 2 servings)
  • 2 cups vanilla non fat yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen Cherry
  • 1 Banana sliced into thin slices
  • 1 cup good quality granola


    Layer 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt into the bottom of the glass.
    Add a banana slices as a layer on top of this.

    Again add a yogurt layer.
    Then top with Cherry slices.

    Add some yogurt on top & Garnish with granola.

    Serve parfaits immediately to keep the granola crunchy.or keep the Parfait to chill & toss with Granola when serving.
    Instead of granola, some crushed wafers can be used
