Parfaits are always very easy to prepare & it is good in nutrients.You can try this with different kind of fruits.
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- 2 cups vanilla non fat yogurt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen Cherry
- 1 Banana sliced into thin slices
- 1 cup good quality granola
Layer 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt into the bottom of the glass.
Again add a yogurt layer.
Serve parfaits immediately to keep the granola crunchy.or keep the Parfait to chill & toss with Granola when serving.
