Grilled Sausage and Tomato Skewers

I love grilling.This is why there are many grilling recipes and grilling tips in this food blog.Grilling is easy,fast and a good way to enjoy the flavours of any food item starting from vegetables to meat items.This grilled spicy sausage and tomato skewers are another easy recipe for you if you love grilling same as me. 🙂

How to make grilled Sausage and Tomato skewers ?It is simple.Thread some sausages and tomatoes in wooden skewers.Brush with olive oil.Sprinkle salt,pepper and herbs.Grill for around 6-7 minutes until sausages are well cooked and lightly charred!

That sounds so easy and fast,right?When you grill sprinkle more olive oil to keep the juicy appearance.

Ingredients

  • 6 nos Sausages cut into large pieces
  • 6 nos Cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil as necessary
  • Salt as necessary
  • Ground black pepper as per taste
  • Ground fresh herbs as necessary

Instructions

  • Soak wooden skewers at least 30 minutes in water before you start grilling sausages and tomatoes.
  • Thread sausage pieces and cherry tomatoes in skewers alternatively.
  • Brush sausages and tomatoes with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle herbs and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a grill.Or you can heat a grilling pan on stove.
  • Add the sausage and tomato skewers and grill for 6-7 minutes turning sides until well cooked and grilled.
  • When sausages and tomatoes are lightly charred,remove from the grill.Serve hot.
  • Sprinkle olive oil as necessary while grilling the skewers.

Now that it’s starting to be not so crazy hot, we’ve been grilling again. We actually did sausage the other day although this looks like a great alternative!
