Recipe: Pan Fried Prawns with Soy Sauce (Chef Recipes from Asia)
Ingredients ( for 3 servings)
- 250g prawns
- 1 tbsp. shredded Ginger
- 4 cloves of Garlic
- 2 tbsp. chopped Spring Onions
- Cooking oil as required
Sauce Mix
- 1 tsp. light soy sauce
- 2 tsp. dark soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. chilli sauce
- Sesame Oil (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Method
Clean and devein the prawns. Wash properly and set aside.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients mentioned under seasoning. Check the taste & Keep aside.
Heat oil on a frying pan. Fry the prawn till it changes the colour. Remove the fried prawns to another dish and keep them aside.
In the same pan, sauté shredded ginger. Once the ginger starts emitting aroma, add prawns that we kept aside to the pan.
Add the seasoning mix to the prawns. Mix well. Sprinkle the chopped spring onions and serve.
