Saucy Fried Rice with Carrot Hearts

Saucy Fried Rice with Carrot Hearts

Fried rice is very popular at our home due to its easiness to cook.I cook this saucy fried rice more often because it is a great one pot meal which can easily balance the nutrients in it by adjusting the vegetables. And I use leftover rice which makes the fried rice more tasty and also good to reduce food wastage.
