|Chicken Dry Curry in Sri Lankan Style|
I named this as Chicken Dry Curry because this is with less gravy. Another recipe developed in my Sri Lankan kitchen and I used a Sri Lankan Pumpkin Curry recipe to develop this. In that recipe, pumpkin is cooked in toasted coconut. Instead of pumpkin, I tried chicken. Actually it was a good experiment and the result is really good.
