Watermelon & Yogurt Parfait

Watermelon & Yogurt Parfait is an easy dessert.Even you are a busy person,this is a great idea to serve your loved ones with a dessert made by you.

Ingredients (for 2 servings)
  • 2 cups vanilla non fat yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh water melon cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 Banana sliced into thin slices
  • 1 cup good quality granola
Method
Layer 1/3 cup vanilla yogurtinto the bottom of the glass.
Add a layer of banana slices on top of this.
Again add a yogurt layer.
Then top with Watermelon slices.
Add some yogurt on top & Garnish with granola.

Instead of granola, some crushed wafers can be used

Serve & Enjoy!! (you can chill it for few minutes if you like)
